Pawel Tomasz Wasilewski also referred to as Paul Wesley, is an Oscar-winning director and actor famous for his work in the popular television drama show The Vampire Diaries. For his role in the show, he's received numerous nominations and awards such as The Teen Choice Awards as well as the 'Young Hollywood Awards. Wesley was born in New Brunswick New Jersey, United States. During his high school days, he displayed an interest in acting. He later enrolled in Rutgers University. After recognizing his talents for acting, and knowing that he could make a career out of his amazing acting abilities, He left. His first TV appearance on the American TV soap opera Another World. A few years later, he starred in a lead role in Wolf Lake, a television series that aired on the CBS network. The Vampire Diaries was a very popular American show that launched the beginning of a new phase of his career. A few episodes have been directed by him. He has appeared in many popular films since his debut, The Last Run. Recently the actor has been on Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer. He's also well-known on social media, with over 13 million Instagram fans and over 4.1 million Twitter followers.
